did you mean pay negotiations? There really isn’t negotiations. Management goes to the management council and tells them what to tell the pilots and how to get them to accept it as truth. The the back and forth and pretend votes play out and eventually management gets its way and the pilots all act angry again because they didn’t get their way. History just repeats. Like clockwork.
