The company has screwed over new hires by not letting them bid, and/or placing new hires in bases without opening the bid to the entire pilot group like they are supposed to. Lol… the company just closed a system bid with 42 new FO slots which closed on 3/30, the exact same day as a new hire class with 47 in it. I don’t know about you, but I’m not going to assume that wasn’t complied with. I do realize this has happened in the past, but it’s clear as day this time. Another example of a pilot thinking he knows how to run an airline.
