But there really isn't a "pool" so to speak. So when they offer you the job usually they'll offer you the next class date if there's a spot. Also there's a grip of home study crap that needs to be completed. Takes a good 2 weeks to get through. One of our new hires can undoubtedly give you a better idea than me.
