While the majority of crews I’ve flown with ARE actively trying to get out, a lot of us are in agreement that there’s a lot of potential here. A few QOL improvements and to know that we wouldn’t be required to work 16 days/mo until we’re 6 ft under would be HUGE. There’s a lot of good people here with good ideas…if the folks in YIP would get out of their Cold War management tactics.
