As a consequence of pulling the CMI aircaft, they offered to buy the K4 tails which was agreed to. You sound very bitter, every airline is suffering manning issues. The sell of the 767s was not prompted by manning it was DHL economics.
The ABX peeps I was talking to were saying that they are getting some. One guy said 6 tails with the added comment that he felt they would get the rest later, third or fourth Q of next year.
