You may see the bottom 40 end up on the panel. Your guess is as good as any. UPS probably doesn't know where they will go.
From what I can see, we've got at least 60 folks still on probation as of July 2008. It's my understanding that even if those folks signed a 3-yr contract for ANC domicile with move package, they are not protected because they are still on probation.
The contract looks like it reads that the Company can move anybody on probation anywhere they want at any time, so far as I can figure.
Does this figure in to UPS planning?
