If you don't like the company (Colgan or otherwise), grit your teeth and do your time. Or leave and pay the remainder.
But, I guess it is no big deal... just like the people who signed a mortgage that was more than they could afford.
If only they kept up with there end of the deal........... I left becuase my everyday life there was miserable. You can only "grit your teeth" so long, enough was enough.
