If you don't like the company (Colgan or otherwise), grit your teeth and do your time. Or leave and pay the remainder.
But, I guess it is no big deal... just like the people who signed a mortgage that was more than they could afford.
My question was aimed at those that had left early on the contract. I'm not here to debate who's right or wrong if you leave early from Colgan, I just wanted past experiences.
