I haven’t been at FDX for a full year, but maybe this will be helpful for potential new hires.

If I only fly my awarded schedule until I hit year two pay I will be right at $90k for my
first 12 months. That includes roughly 3.5 months of training pay at $4k per month.
Average 16 days free from duty per month since released from IOE. Commuter, although when I commute to/from MEM I leave late the night before a trip and get back early morning after so I have the majority of those days at home. I can hold pretty much all DHs now so I don’t commute to MEM often. Haven’t been to my crashpad in over 8 weeks. I’ve spent every weekend in 2022 at home except for 1 or 2.
Total block will probably be around 350 at the most for the year.
