It is really important to realize things are changing rapidly. Until very recently (last 2 AE's), ATL 765 B was 10ish years. Then it Went to about 5-6, and most recently to about 2.5 (Oct 19 Hire). All in the span of about 6 months. It is notoriously difficult to predict 'how long til I can hold', and it is made much more volatile with all of the Covid effects on the insustry. I suspect things will settle out in the next year or two back toward - but not all the way back to - the historical norms. I say all that to say, don't tell your spouse "it will only be 3 years!" as that is very, very subject to change. But it could happen...
Having said all that, the 330 has always been a little more senior than the 765. But with a ton of 330 deliveries over the next couple of years, that could very well change too.

The 320 is going to new hires. If you get a 320 in another base, you can change bases on any AE if your seniority can hold it, regardless of 'seat lock'. I would expect to be able to change bases on the very first AE you are here. No guarantees, but that's historically what has been true. Good luck.
