A few questions to have a better idea of what to expect moving forward for someone very interested in joining JB but also living in Texas facing a two-leg commute either way.
Which bases/equipment are new hires getting lately?
Which of the above should I bid for to make the two leg commute from TX more bearable?
Average trip pairing length in junior bases?
Schedule flexibility?
Training pay/benefits, footprint, tips?
Travel benefits and when do they kick in?
Pros and cons of working at JB?

I know everything’s very fluid right now, but just want to have a better idea for planning.
