The TPNx one-on-one with a recruiter signup is pretty telling for Allegiant. The default number of spots for one-on-ones per 15 minute session is 4 pilots. Many of the slots are still at 3 to 4 openings on both days. The only other carrier that matches those vacancies is Spirt, but they seem to have a little bit more interest. I’d like to see G4 a place that can attract new talent, but the flat out difference in pay and options is enough to only apply to get the type then leave.
Never mind being bottom of the list in a rural, non-commutable base. My thoughts at least.
G4 is very soon going to end up in the recruiting position of Great Lakes a year or two before they shut down. Only attracting very low timers looking to avoid the regionals or those that have a lot of skeletons in their closet and can't get hired anywhere else. A few flint natives. When those run out the shrinking begins. Management's reputation in the industry had been solidified beginning with the spite furlough. Every memo Tracy or Fishface sends gets leaked and enhances their notoriety.
