One might then surmise that business as usual is not the way to approach it. I would be more forgiving if they at least thought outside the box. B6 gets partial credit for this as they’re buying planes and pilots. NK seems to think shouting 5th biggest! Is enough to overcome their pathetic pay structure and lengthening upgrade times.
