I’m not sure if you were referring to me but I never said it was driving attrition. It’s driving the system disruptions by scheduling pilots at max duty when we don’t run on time. Pilots and FA’s are timing out and fatiguing because of the pairing construction. We don’t run well enough to schedule crews like this.
Oh for sure, agree wholeheartedly. I hope more pilots start using our fatigue policy. That WILL drive change. These circadian rhythm flips are bullish!t. Long duty days.
