I’m sorry, but how is the company “taking a mile” on this? Has anyone been denied reimbursement for transportation 30 minutes past block in? If not, the company is upholding their contractual obligations. Sucks if you’re seeing more transportation delays, but I think directing that frustration at the airline is misguided. I’ve found most things I do that involve the services of low-wage labor have become less convenient over the past couple of years.
At block + 30 minutes expense a cab & add it to the list of things that suck just a little bit more in the post-COVID world…
