Understand, I’m all for sticking to the contract. Expense a cab at block + 30 every time. My guess is that you’ll never have a claim denied. But do they know if you waited 40 for the driver to show? No, they do not.

Problem is too many pilots don’t self help when wait exceeds the UPA… or they agree to a combined crew van when it’s not allowed. We are our own worst enemy on UPA transport compliance.
