Problem is too many pilots don’t self help when wait exceeds the UPA… or they agree to a combined crew van when it’s not allowed. We are our own worst enemy on UPA transport compliance.
Exactly my point, and we have pilots like the one above who will make fun of anyone that does enforce it.
