If ROC is closed are the pilots that are doing ROC-BDL coming from BUF? I see the BUF-BDL makes a stop in ROC and on the way back. However in the summer both BUF and ROC flights are non-stop's to BDL so where with the ROC-BDL pilots come from? Thanks
