Nobody's getting nuked over banana republic shenanigans lol. We have a relatively small handful of dial-a-yield weapons which might be considered "tactical" on the low settings. They are probably only forward deployed with NATO allies, and the only purpose of that should be obvious.
But depending on the administration, we could do a regime change faster than you can say "Grenada".
