Correct. Three days of CQ are no different than three on call days. The only reason CQ is in the spreadsheet at all is because it boosts the pay above the reserve guarantee. In fact if you also use John's Reserve Line Simulator (another great spreadsheet) it even specifically states "CQ does not count against X days."
