I’m sure someone is going to tell me to read the form, well I’ve dug around here a little and I’m trying to understand quite what the grievances are with Alaska.

I certainly value quality of life in terms of commuteability, days off and so on. But is that really worse than the regional I’m at now?

It also kinda seems like debates over scope may be a mute point if they are having trouble finding pilots to cover their existing flying anyway?

What else should I know? I think I have a good chance of getting on if I want, but would I be setting myself up for hassle and misery, or can it still be an ok airline to fly for?
