No pilot group is happy right now. AS is picketing and threatening to strike; DL is picketing and upset with negotiations; B6 is strained after the scope revisions; SWAPA filed how many lawsuits against WN recently? the ULCCs always hate their management. And I am sure there is plenty of discontent at UA and AA (who is actively trying to transition to ALPA).
COVID and inflation, the impending recession, etc. is taking its toll on the industry and all the pilots... IMO there is gonna be discontent at the current moment at every airline. Think long term. the bases you'd like to live in, aircraft, career options. Good luck.
