I can see an argument for nuance when it comes to tipping. The on-call hotel van driver that makes $12/hour, Uber, taxis, etc. Sure throw that guy/gal a five spot. But I can also understand why folks don’t tip the limousines and scheduled premium service. Those contracts can be up to $300 each way for a thirty minute ride. I think the tip has already been paid by the company in those cases.
I’ve heard this as well.
But begs the question, does the driver ACTUALLY see said tip?
