What are the pros and cons of 320SQ, if it is available to bid for. Do regular 320 FOs have better opportunities to pick up extra flying? Do 320SQ FOs get more days off?

In addition to the above response, from what I hear the times the reserves are available are in the evening for the late departures, so, when you aren’t used for SQ, there’s a good chance you get a redeye island turn. Everyone I know who did it has bid back domestic. I suspect if you are senior on it, and once there are more destinations, it’ll get better. But seeing the same city every time you fly, dealing with customs and long van rides is a hard pass for many. You can pick up domestic trips from open time when you aren’t doing an SQ pairing. But, that cuts into your days off, obviously.
