At least 9 days off per month, typical roster used to be ~83hr with 10~11 days off. Usually around 900hrs/year with 30 days annual paid leave.

By the time I left the pilots union signed a pretty reasonable payrise for the following years, 2019-2021... but that's been scrapped because of the pandemic. So I guess they are back to 2018 contract.

They do upgrade expats.. used to take 4 ~ 5 years or less if they are in need of captains.
Gracias, Caballero! Based on your experience, any idea if it's practical to cluster your days off in adjacent months and commute from Florida?
