Hello all. I am currently in a JetBlue gateway program through Aviator College, Cape Air, and then back to JetBlue. All of the recent post has me second guessing my position. Contract is go to Cape at 750 hrs, upgrade at ATP mins, and fulfill the year contract to get back to JetBlue. For those with recent experience is it worth it? I live in Fort Lauderdale so if I can get to SJU I could commute. What are typically junior stations? How many flight hours are typical per month? I don’t care too much about the pay if I can upgrade quickly and do my year as B6 FO Base pay is around 90k.
