The joke offer Ric put out should be looked at two ways.
first, nothing should contain any concessions… and PBS is a huge concession
that said rigs are a good thing and with Janes wasteful scheduling will bring pilots lots of soft money.
the other thing is while the bonus money doesn’t really change its being paid out sooner
in general I do not like the LOA package, and mostly for the PBS concession

that said, it has good points, but more importantly isn’t going to be enough to fix the staffing shortage, so management will be back soon offering more improvements.
once the Horizon deal breaks they won’t have a choice.
so, my advice to the MEC is tell them you’ll send the TA to a vote without PBS in it right now.
PBS can be okay, but not under Ric and Jane it can’t.
