The reality is that since after bankruptcy pilots have always received their annual raises before the noncons and have done substantially better than noncons percentage wise. (we can go down this road again but...I feel like it's beating a dead horse)
I think the only thing to point out is that any pilot raise was negotiated via contract. As we are in C2015 all raises have been exhausted and there will be virtually none until the next contract, whenever that is passes. So its not a true annual raise perpetually...
