You are paid block time in this month for the part of the trip in this month; you are paid block you did in month 2, plus any credit from the total trip in month 2. (It will pay double pay in each month assuming you are above the GS threshold. If you are below the threshold, it pays single pay only in the month(s) you are below the threshold.)
