I don’t see how forced upgrades benefit the pilot group. It may ruin one’s decent QOL or what if one doesn’t feel ready? Then they’ll have a failure on their record. Or if one wants to hold out so they can skip having to go to DAY.

I didn’t say forced upgrades benefit the pilot group. I said raises and bonuses benefit the pilot group. Forced upgrades benefit the company and the handful of current captains that are getting junior manned constantly because of the lack of upgrades.
