There is a Pilot Reduction Bid on the DDS website, but its just like a standing bid. It shows what plane and base is your 1st, 2nd, 3rd... choice. How I understand it, they will get their highest choice that they have the seniority to hold.
I don't really know how all that is going to work with training costs (bumping a CRJ pilot to the Q400, and having to train two pilots for one spot), and the majority of pilots that haven't submitted a reduction bid, but you can see the bid on the website. Maybe you can make more of it than I can.
