I received a CJO one day after interviewing but the next week received a TBNT. My guess is the chief axed my offer due to my weak LOI debrief and lack of addressing an issue with my diversion airport. Also, no internal recs. However, I'm ultimately not sure why since they didn't tell me. My log book was very professional, I had all requested times totaled, and feel that HR questions and general conversation was great.

Is there ever a situation where someone may be able to reapply before 12 months? I don't want to reapply until I get an OK from someone or wait the 12 months that was requested of me.
