Back in day when people left they would say things like “I’m just embarrassed for who I work for at the party” or “it’s always been my dream to fly xyz”.

Now it’s heart breaking to fly with awesome people who say “I can’t think of one reason to stay and it’s not even a pay cut to leave…” or “I like working here and don’t want to leave but I’m well qualified and working for xyz is a career I can trust”
