Point #3 is wrong. There could be a rotation at 30 hours + 10 hours. If it is not on there by 9 hours prior to the 30 hours ending then the earliest they can make you report coming off your 30 hour rest is 12 hours after your LC starts. It’s the exact same rules as #2. A 30 hour rest break guarantees a minimum of 40 hours before you could first be required to report.
