Doesn't seem like those numbers are too far out of the ballpark. Simple math puts us pretty close to 20% just to keep up with inflation, so if we want a real increase in purchasing power then we better be getting fairly large raises. We pay millions in dues, so if we don't beat 16% what is the point? I really don't think those numbers are that far off.
