Honestly, the pay is the kicker. I know it has been the topic of discussion...but that is what it really comes down to. Plus, with every new operation, it takes some time to get the kinks knocked out. Right now, the biggy is the schedules. I don't know exactly what is going on there, but everyone that I have talked with that hasn't complained about the money, bring up how screwed up the schedules are. They said the transition is not worth the hastle. (Saab-to-Q400 transition that is) A lot of them want to come back to the SAAB, but they are seat locked, and the company won't let them "down grade" to smaller equipment.
