Seriously, think hard about what happens if this is voted in. The name of the game for mgmt is keeping the hiring pipeline open long enough for the Aviate cadets to start flowing and once that happens you can forget about any meaningful changes in the contract ever.

This is the strongest negotiating position the pilot group has probably ever been in, and so I thought at least it would be a middle to bottom of the pack type contract. It is not.
