Thanks. I did a phone interview and got the CJO about 2 days later. No second interview or anything. I was offered November 30 class date, December 20, or Jan something. I got to choose airplane (ERJ), base is based on seniority,

Quite telling on the class dates. This is encouraging that the pay is working.

Was screened beginning of September had an offer end of that week. Sept 7, Sept 28, October 19, November 9th...were my options. I start training in a week...perhaps the staffing issue will be coming to an end soon, seems like a lot of full classes? I am one of those that left flying for another career....spent 10 years away...and came back to fly. Looking forward to it....it was missed...at least enough for me to make the switch.

With the new TA of 100/hr, can Mesa pilots still pick up 300% trips? Are there any bonus trips? 100%?200%?

The minimum incentive is 200%. Nothing is presently offered. They are jr assigning those willing at 200%. It’s not a TA. It’s an LOA.
