Pay still below industry average, no improvements to healthcare premiums. Sounds like a no vote. Slap in the face. Get ready for (an even bigger) mass exodus.

Garbage $48 an hour FO is unacceptable. I would be an instant no vote but I will be a LAMA before I can have the pleasure of no voting that garbage. Mid $50’s first year FO is the bare minimum.

Yep. I can live with the rates, but no substantial improvements in health care, street hires for the Boeing’s, no increase in DH pay is a NO vote for me. Plus 4 year deal is to long in this environment.

Agreed..and with inflation like it is..still totally unlivable. Seriously if they can’t lower the healthcare premium the hourly is going to have to be way higher! People don’t have to accept trash anymore. Management better wake up or they’ll be closing the doors soon.

Oh and I forgot the per diem. What was it? Like 3 cents extra..so in this economy we could get an extra 1/3 of a french fry or half an ice cube with dinner..with the cumulative proceeds from the entire day??

It would have been way less insulting to say the per diem didn’t change.
