that being said a big part of draw towards Omni is the culture. I legitimately had lots of other options but gravitated here because it was the best fit.
I don’t see how any of the above would aid in recruiting or retention esp. during the mist of the biggest pilot shortage in decades.
I would HOPE that’s not true (for both the pilots and the companies sakes) but who knows…stranger things have happened.
