I used Emerald Coast Aviation. I didn’t leave my interview to chance.
It helped me during the interview actually. For example one piece of advice was to have an extra phone or iPad nearby in case the initial Skype call fell through.
For my technical interview which was going to be on Skype this happened. Luckily I had FaceTime on my backup iPad and was able to continue the interview, not to mention shown resourcefulness.
They also taught me what and what not to have on a resume and how to present myself during the interview.
I got hired with less than 1900 hours TT (500 SIC) into a wide body within a month of the interview- class date two months after. This was after the desperate precovid hiring.
granted I have other traits that make me particularly attractive for an airline but don’t we all to some degree?
so I recommend emerald coast or something similar.
