I personally reject the argument that PBS is in itself a concession. There are a TON of issues that a PBS agreement would allow both parties to rectify, but because the company has shown itself unwilling to reign in the worst abuses of scheduling ("Most Respected!!!") they've not provided the pilot group any of the warm and fuzzies required to get them to trust the company.
Therefore the pilot group has decided (correctly, in my opinion) to make SAP a hill they might be willing to die on, and I only say might because this agreement may allow to company to bribe them off it it. Should they let them? Not my fight any more. But the company need only look in the mirror as to why they still have to fight this battle in the first place.
