that is duty, not FDP. Once the FDP ends you need 10 hours rest.
they may have changed FM-1 and removed it; I don’t have a current revision.
Slight correction, you need 10 hours from end of duty not FDP.
(Well, you need 10 hours before your next duty period but that 15 minutes is not rest)
