If a pilot has 121 time they could potentially get direct captain upgrade or if they upgrade after a year they're at $150/hour. If they become an LCA it's doubled to $300. After two years the company has the option to extend those rates. And then there are all of the bonuses.
At Atlas it's 5+ years to upgrade unless you're on the 737.
If you bothered to read his post, you would have seen he is a 1500 hour CFI.
