I'm seeing this whole thing for what it is... more bonus money being thrown at us, but spread out over a period of time to look like a bump in our hourly rate. I'll gladly take it though... year 20 pay for me if I don't flow by the end of the year... I'll use it to double up, maybe even triple up my house payments to get it paid off quicker, leaving myself in a much better position for the prospect of either the music stopping, or PSA going tits up.
So if I could wave a magic wand and you give you a choice, flow to AA this week or stay at PSA for 2 more years with the high pay, which would you choose? Is the money enough to keep people around? How many will stay vs how many see the seniority number somewhere else as more valuable?
