This is a great question. if you are within 6 months of flowing it is a no brainer. Being senior has its benefits and makes it very hard to leave with a guarantee flow and financial security. But to get these pay rates there will be a possible sacrifice to QOL with PBS. Uncertainty of what that QOL will look like makes it a little but harder of a decision.
