Those of you saying vote yes for the TA, how in the hell will Mesa get new pilots when the AA wholly owned have upped 1st year F/O pay to $90/hr? Granted it's for 2 years and could be changed but still. And I'll bet the other legacy WO airlines will have to stay competitive.
If you were a Mesa recruiter what would you say to get pilots to come to Mesa?
