AirTran guys deserve a contract that reflects the company's profitability. Until then, it will probably be considered no better than a second tier employment option, in many pilots' opinion.
I think the next TA will satisfy pretty much any pilot's desires for narrowbody wages. Our new union leadership won't bring a crappy TA like the last group did.
