If you really read between the lines we are only $12 per hour below Envoy pay. That is a very good offer for us at MESA. We are a saving grace airline for many who do have skeletons in closet but love and dream of flying NEW aircrafts. To even think of voting NO on this would be insane. Take the money now while it’s available. MESA can not honestly afford what AA can since we are our own company and are paid a fixed rate. That’s why it’s so important to understand. We operate on small profits. Take the proposal and fly the same aircrafts you have been flying for MORE money. I am glad to say that here is a small minority because I have been talking with co captains and in the crew room and many know this is a GREAT contract offering
