PSA has confirmed proposed pay rates including a commitment to a 5 year flow to American Airlines.

Proposed First Officer Rates:
- 1st year: $90/hr
- 2nd year: $97/hr
- 3rd year: $105/hr

Proposed Captain Rates:
- 1st year: $146/hr
- 2nd year: $153/hr
- Top: $213/hr
